Reg Williams is the founding Partner and now Managing Partner of Williams Partners Independent Audit Specialists, an independent accounting firm specialising in the provision of audit and assurance services.
Reg was a founding director of the accounting firm Frazer Maynes Pty Ltd, now WPIAS Forensic & Consulting Pty Ltd, which specialises in the provision of litigation, valuation and forensic services. Reg's role is currently that of Consultant.

He is also Consultant to WPIAS Training Academy Pty Ltd (trading as My Training Partner) which was established to provide compliance and client-specific training in audit and audit-related programs. Reg is a Director of Carbon Credit Corporation (C3) Pty Ltd, which offers environmental consulting and environmental audit and assurance services and he is a registered assurance provider under the Department of Climate Change's EITE scheme.
In addition, Reg is a Consultant to Auditflow Pty Ltd, a developer of audit software based upon the WPIAS audit methodology.

- Registered as a Contract Auditor with the Queensland Audit Office
- External Examiner – Law Society of New South Wales (External Examiner No: 1105)
- Member of SISFA (WPIAS is a foundation member of SISFA)
